Base Salary
$190k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead platform engineering consultant on assigned strategic accounts.
- Partner with sales and account management to shape pursuits and develop proposals.
- Drive business development and lead go-to-market strategy for platform engineering.
- Identify high-priority business use cases and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Influence executive stakeholders through presentations and workshops.
- Lead complex platform engineering programs and set delivery methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably a Master’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pre-sales or management consulting.
- At least 2 years of experience in one or more industries such as healthcare or technology.
- Practical knowledge and pre-sales experience selling AI and agentic solutions.
- Team-oriented and collaborative working style with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
