Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in Applied AI and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate high-level strategy into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones supporting rapid departmental growth and a potential spin-off.
- Take end-to-end ownership while collaborating with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Have proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset with strong end-to-end ownership.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements.
