
Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, integrate, document, and maintain scalable client-side and server-side software.
- Develop full-stack applications using AI coding assistants, including prompt engineering, output evaluation, debugging, refactoring, and production integration.
- Build test automation suites and participate in code reviews, security and privacy practices, and full lifecycle software development.
- Facilitate technical discussions, oversee team development work, collaborate with product managers and UX designers, and support product roadmap decisions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, release and deployment workflows, and coordination across engineering teams.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers while promoting engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 5 years of full-stack technical experience.
- At least 5 years of Java, Spring Boot, and REST development experience, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- At least 2 years of test automation development using Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, or similar tools.
- At least 2 years of Oracle database experience.
- Experience developing code through AI prompting and evaluating AI-generated output.
- Hands-on experience with release management and CI/CD deployment workflows from development through production.
- Strong technical and communication skills are required; financial services or fintech experience is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Sprint or Kanban, and Test-Driven Development is preferred.
