Base Salary

$138k - $181k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of new and early-stage customers and drive technical success, adoption, consumption, retention, and expansion.
  • Serve as the primary technical partner and strategic advisor for customer data strategy, technology integration, activation, and use-case deployment.
  • Provide Snowflake architectural guidance covering workload isolation, warehouse utilization, resource monitoring and alerts, budgeting, and RBAC/security setup.
  • Use AI-powered development tools and automation to accelerate technical solutions and implementation guidance.
  • Collaborate with account teams, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, Engineering, and external partners.
  • Create and deliver reusable customer education programs, including hands-on labs and webinars.
  • Triage customer inquiries, support demos and troubleshooting, and identify potential business value for expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Hands-on SQL experience is required.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of data architecture, data analytics, and AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and use project management skills to drive customers toward agreed timelines.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a technical role.
  • Preferred qualifications include SnowPro Core certification, proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, experience with modern data technologies or orchestration tools, basic Data Science knowledge, and interest in AI-powered development tools and coding agents.
