Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Specialists on customer engagements throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for prospective customers.
  • Assist with technical workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Explain authentication, access management, and identity governance concepts to customers.
  • Explore integrations with directories, SaaS applications, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot technical questions involving configurations, APIs, authentication flows, and directory services.
  • Present technical concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, improve demonstrations, and strengthen the SE organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CISSP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance, or related security technologies.
  • Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, federation, directory services, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to identity platforms including CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Understanding of enterprise environments involving directories, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, authentication flows, or directory services.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman or similar tools.
  • Comfort with command-line tools and basic scripting for troubleshooting integrations or testing APIs.
  • Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or OCI.
  • Ability to present and lead discussions with engineers and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
