Responsibilities
- Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with partners
- Support partner demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, assessments, advice, and coaching
- Advocate for partner use cases, feature requests, and support issues with internal Datadog teams
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to improve Datadog adoption
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize features
- Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and customer success
Requirements
- Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience
- Experience in at least two of the listed areas: observability, public cloud, containerization, development or scripting, configuration management, and CI/CD
- Current EU residency
- Strong learning orientation, technical aptitude, and business acumen
- Confident presentation skills
- Previous experience supporting channel partners is a bonus
- Previous experience with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools is a bonus
- Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, or debugging is a bonus
