Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact automation targets for enterprise and managed-service-provider network operations using ITSM data.
- Analyze customer network technologies, playbooks, and design documents to create automation solutions.
- Architect and build automation for critical network operations tasks using NetBrain Runbooks, Qapps, Dataviews, and integrations.
- Train customer engineers to continue developing automation on the NetBrain platform.
- Engage vendor partnerships and research public-domain knowledge to create automation content.
- Travel as needed for customer engagements and workshops.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles.
- Understanding of common network tools, including network monitoring, incident management, and log analysis.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and quality-focused skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive computer-based hand and wrist motions and remain seated for extended periods.
