Base Salary

$157k - $215k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, review, and debug secure, high-quality production software.
  • Lead team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools for coding, code review, testing, troubleshooting, and incident analysis.
  • Establish validation standards for AI-assisted outputs, including correctness, performance, security, peer review, and automated testing.
  • Identify and automate recurring remediation opportunities to improve application and system stability.
  • Lead technical evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams regarding architecture and integration applicability.

Requirements

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 5 years of applied experience for specified regions, or advanced applied experience under applicable regional guidance.
  • Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience leading approved AI-assisted software development practices and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input/output handling, resiliency, security, and compliant engineering adoption.
  • Proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle and advanced understanding of application resiliency, security, and related delivery practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its IT systems.
  • Practical cloud-native experience.
