Responsibilities
- Support solution design reviews and assess technical feasibility within Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Build and optimize reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher and validate technical designs.
- Define integration strategies and oversee implementations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Support data migration using FBDI and ADFDi and optimize data models and system architecture.
- Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing while supporting defect resolution.
- Implement role-based access controls and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal security standards.
- Support change management and provide technical training to users.
- Coordinate regional deployments, provide post-go-live hypercare, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion ERP, particularly Financials, Procurement, and Projects.
- Strong understanding of global business processes, compliance, and software lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Transactional BI.
- Experience with cloud and SaaS fundamentals, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Page Composer, Application Composer with Groovy, Sandbox Framework, and Visual Builder Studio.
- Experience with Security Console, role-based access, and segregation of duties.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Oracle eBusiness Suite R12.2 experience is preferred.
