Base Salary
$89k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and design Java applications using Spring-based frameworks, preferably Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
- Implement messaging-based solutions with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus.
- Develop applications using Oracle, PostgreSQL, and other databases.
- Build and consume REST API integrations within microservices architectures.
- Work with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
- Apply software testing approaches and tools including JUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium.
- Use chaos testing and SRE practices to improve application resilience.
- Collaborate on complex customer needs and transactions while pursuing engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Java and Spring-based frameworks and libraries, preferably Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud and cloud-based technologies, with Microsoft Azure preferred.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus.
- Experience working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Experience building and consuming REST API integrations and developing microservices.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with software application testing approaches and tools such as JUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium.
- Experience with chaos testing and SRE practices for resilient cloud software applications.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
