Responsibilities

Design, code, execute, deliver, and maintain software projects and products end to end.
Partner with business stakeholders to define project deliverables and manage the R&D roadmap.
Translate client-initiated R&D requests into robust solutions with Technical Relationship Managers and Architects.
Manage production defects through investigation, resolution, and closure.
Tailor processes to resolve time-sensitive issues effectively.
Provide technical guidance to other team members and influence multiple stakeholders.
Advocate for continuous integration practices and support quality-focused, cross-team collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or BE, B.Tech, or MCA/equivalent qualification in Computer Science.
At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong working knowledge of Java 8+, ORM, and Spring Boot.
Experience with a testing framework such as JUnit or Cypress.
Practical experience with at least one relational database: MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
Experience designing scalable microservices solutions and working with REST APIs.
Strong debugging skills and experience with log frameworks such as ELK.
Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and responsive design coding; Angular experience is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and message queues such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-grade software end to end and providing technical guidance.
Strong continuous integration background, analytical and reasoning skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to advocate for and influence multiple stakeholders.
