Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and own the quality of client engagements.
- Define technical architectures, propose solutions, and support enterprise architecture implementation.
- Customize, develop, integrate, and extend Power Apps, custom Copilot, and Power Platform solutions.
- Provide hands-on implementation services and design secure data models using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions as a technical subject matter expert.
- Architect and deliver cost-competitive solutions aligned with client needs.
- Mentor and coach onshore and offshore technical team members.
- Identify and grow strategic account opportunities in partnership with the business development team.
- Create client and project collateral and communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain current knowledge of market trends, competitive insights, and required Power Platform certifications.
Requirements
- Experienced technology architect with strong business acumen and prior consulting and technical architecture experience.
- Experience with infrastructure and software architecture using a cloud-first services approach, including ETL and migration design, planning, and execution.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
- Strong working knowledge of custom Copilot, Power BI, Power Pages, Teams, Viva, SQL, dataflows, Azure Functions, and App Insights.
- Familiarity with custom connectors, PCF controls, and SPFx.
- Familiarity with Center of Excellence, the Power Platform ALM framework, and Dataverse environment strategy is preferred.
- Ability to communicate and present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, training, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
