Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve well-defined application incidents and service requests using documented procedures.
- Perform data corrections, user support, and basic configuration updates within established guidelines.
- Follow runbooks and knowledge articles to diagnose issues and implement standard fixes.
- Gather logs, reproduce issues, assist with debugging and testing, and provide detailed documentation and analysis.
- Escalate unclear issues or those requiring deeper system changes to senior engineers.
- Identify recurring issues and flag patterns for further investigation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues and contribute to knowledge articles and continuous improvement.
- Participate in training and development activities within the Technology Talent Incubator Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- At least one year of professional, internship, or project experience in development and/or application support is preferred.
- Basic programming knowledge in SQL, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript is required.
- Exposure to enterprise applications is preferred.
- Basic understanding of APIs and data flows is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, process-following, and technology-learning abilities are required.
