Responsibilities
- Develop and automate comprehensive functional, performance, reliability, and end-to-end validation for the UI control plane and each software build.
- Review test results, diagnose issues, analyze data health and consistency, and drive issue resolution and closure.
- Identify testing gaps and respond to release blockers and production incidents while continuously improving the test suite.
- Lead the architecture evolution of software and data test automation frameworks and related capabilities.
- Define, design, develop, document, and maintain testing tools, test cases, and automation frameworks.
- Influence platform, application, and data-model design to improve testability and build quality, performance, and reliability into products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- 3+ years designing and implementing automated validation systems, test infrastructure, or developer tooling as production-quality software.
- Experience designing and building simulation software to validate functionality and performance of end-to-end software solutions.
- Experience validating high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems where correctness, resiliency, and performance matter at scale.
- Experience with performance test design, load modeling, profiling, and identifying systemic bottlenecks in distributed systems.
- Experience with JavaScript, Node, React, Golang, MySQL, and other languages or frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, learning, and technical leadership skills.
