Responsibilities
- Lead AI/ML assessments of clients’ analytics, automation, and AI maturity.
- Develop AI transformation roadmaps covering predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and Generative AI adoption.
- Architect and implement machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and optimize machine learning pipelines, model training workflows, feature engineering processes, and deployment architectures.
- Design Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI agents, and enterprise AI frameworks.
- Lead proofs of concept, pilots, and production deployments with attention to scalability, security, governance, and compliance.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, define use cases, prioritize opportunities, and establish success criteria.
- Create architecture diagrams, implementation plans, solution blueprints, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with cloud, security, application, and data engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Provide client recommendations on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience focused on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models, NLP, deep learning, and Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent.
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks including Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with MLOps, AI deployment practices, AI opportunity assessments, and AI adoption strategies.
- Experience delivering AI transformation initiatives from ideation through production deployment.
- Experience building enterprise AI applications, copilots, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions.
- Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, security, compliance, and model monitoring.
- Strong client-facing consulting, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Preferred advanced certifications in AI, Data Science, Cloud AI, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Preferred experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, or equivalent AI platforms.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or other agentic AI frameworks.
- Exposure to knowledge management, enterprise search, and intelligent document processing solutions.
