Responsibilities
- Own deployment architecture discussions and execution across customer environments, including VPC configuration, permissioning, networking, and infrastructure provisioning
- Manage the full infrastructure lifecycle for critical customers, including initial deployment, upgrades, scaling, and incident support
- Develop and maintain deployment runbooks, upgrade procedures, and automation tooling
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure the platform is deployable and operable across varied customer requirements
- Work with customer platform engineering, security, and DevOps teams to address infrastructure constraints and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success during pre-sales and onboarding to define infrastructure requirements and deployment plans
Requirements
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or solutions architecture, including significant customer-facing deployment work
- Deep experience with AWS services, Terraform, container orchestration, and cloud networking including VPCs, IAM, DNS, and load balancing
- Experience managing deployments in customer-owned cloud environments and navigating security reviews, compliance requirements, and change management
- Ability to work with enterprise stakeholders from platform engineers to CISOs and translate infrastructure discussions into deployment plans
- Strong operational judgment around upgrades, rollbacks, monitoring, and failure modes
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Preferred experience with Go services, GraphQL APIs, or LLM infrastructure in production
- Preferred early-stage company experience building deployment operations, playbooks, and tooling
- Preferred familiarity with observability and incident management in distributed systems, including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar
- Preferred experience designing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, or infrastructure self-service tooling for enterprise customers
