Responsibilities
- Architect and implement automated CI/CD build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Develop reusable pipeline templates, shared libraries, and infrastructure-as-code pipelines using Terraform.
- Provision and optimize compute, networking, storage, IAM, and other cloud resources in AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Integrate testing, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, policy enforcement, and observability into delivery workflows.
- Monitor and remediate pipeline failures, infrastructure errors, environment drift, security vulnerabilities, and cloud performance or cost issues.
- Configure secure log forwarding and enforce compliance, audit, monitoring, and logging standards.
- Partner with application, security, compliance, and project teams to onboard services and improve release processes.
- Migrate legacy technology implementations to container and Kubernetes platforms.
- Research technology trends, evaluate tools, support internal adoption, and provide day-to-day technical support.
- Mentor and train junior and mid-level engineers and assist with technical onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT with expertise in complex technology solutions.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration.
- Experience with policy-as-code tools such as OPA and security automation including vulnerability scanning and secrets management.
- Understanding of Git branching strategies and experience with continuous integration build engines such as Jenkins.
- Experience managing large codebases containing legacy and modern technologies, preferably including cloud migration.
- Experience with SF DX.
- GCP or Azure cloud certification is preferred.
- SAFe certification is preferred.
- Experience working with remote onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
