Base Salary
$176k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, review, and debug secure, high-quality production software.
- Lead adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering and automation practices, including code review, refactoring, testing, and incident analysis support.
- Establish standards for validating AI-assisted outputs for correctness, performance, security, and compliance.
- Identify and automate recurring issue remediation to improve software and application stability.
- Lead technical evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams regarding architecture, credentials, and system applicability.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience for NAMR/APAC India, LATAM, and Hong Kong roles.
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience for EMEA/LATAM-Brazil roles, with Singapore following local guidance.
- Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
- Experience leading the effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and validating their outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input/output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Ability to coach engineers on safe and compliant adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle and advanced understanding of agile practices, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- In-depth knowledge of financial-services industry IT systems and practical cloud-native experience.
