Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Apply SAP SCM APO expertise to supply chain planning, optimization, integration, and performance troubleshooting.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advisory input, and solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies.
- Make team decisions, contribute to key cross-team decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required, with the posting additionally specifying a minimum of 15 years of SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization experience.
- Proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization is required.
- Strong expertise in supply chain planning and optimization processes is required.
- Experience integrating SAP SCM APO modules with other enterprise systems is required.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is required.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices is required.
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues in SAP SCM APO environments is required.
- Deep subject-matter expertise, influencing and advisory skills, and experience making decisions across multiple teams are expected.
