Base Salary
$159k - $332k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers and understand their business goals, technical environments, and success criteria.
- Design, validate, and evolve scalable solution architectures and lead technical discovery, architecture reviews, and design workshops.
- Advise on deployment models, integrations, scalability, performance, and security while identifying and mitigating technical risks.
- Support implementation teams, partners, and customers during onboarding and major initiatives, including complex troubleshooting and architectural escalations.
- Drive adoption, operational readiness, value realization, renewal health, and expansion opportunities through practical customer roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, Engineering, and delivery teams while contributing feedback, documentation, enablement content, and architectural standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise IT.
- Strong experience designing and supporting complex enterprise solutions and working directly with customers in advisory or pre-/post-sales technical roles.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and operate independently with executive-level customers.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Preferred: experience supporting large, complex enterprise accounts; familiarity with cloud, identity, security, endpoint, virtualization, and integration architectures; experience influencing technical decisions without direct authority; and experience in Customer Success, Architecture, or Professional Services organizations.
