Responsibilities
- Design, build, and productionize AI-augmented software systems using the Microsoft Copilot suite.
- Utilize GitHub Copilot and modern IDE-based coding techniques to enhance software delivery.
- Develop multi-step AI agents capable of reasoning and executing tasks.
- Apply agentic software development patterns for effective task management.
- Integrate and evaluate multiple LLM providers based on specific criteria.
- Translate business problems into structured AI-driven solutions.
- Own the entire solution lifecycle from architecture to deployment.
- Produce technical documentation and communicate design decisions effectively.
- Set standards and best practices for AI-assisted development within teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
- Extensive use of GitHub Copilot in daily engineering workflows.
- Practical experience with leading LLMs like Claude.
- Proven experience in building or operating agentic systems.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or C#.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into real systems.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted coding techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
