Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Document technical specifications and design decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Evaluate and improve software functionality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide junior team members and share software development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- Proficiency in Workday Core HCM is required.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions with modern programming frameworks.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
