Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support scalable enterprise applications.
- Gather requirements, create technical designs, implement solutions, and provide production support.
- Build backend services with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Develop frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, and/or Angular.
- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud-based services, and modern web applications.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and operational excellence.
- Create and maintain technical, architecture, flowchart, API, and code documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and promote software design, testing, architecture, and code-quality best practices.
- Support high-availability, mission-critical systems operating in a 24x7 environment.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, and engineering teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing, onboarding, hiring, and technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience, including web application development.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, React.js, JavaScript, microservices, Azure Cloud Services, RESTful APIs, and AI technologies.
- Experience building backend applications and services with C# and frontend applications with React.js and/or Angular.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, complex production applications, and high-availability or mission-critical systems.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with Git, automated testing, unit testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience or knowledge in AI, machine learning, generative AI, AI-enabled applications, Azure-native services, cloud-native development, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, infrastructure automation, monitoring, observability, incident response, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, messaging technologies, performance tuning, scalability, and reliability engineering.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
