Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.

- Provide solutions to technical problems for immediate and cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation for custom solutions.
- Experience leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to ensure scalability and optimize performance in complex software systems.
- Skill in code review processes and maintaining high standards of software quality.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving technical decisions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
