Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers and help them set up and integrate Writesonic.
- Debug code, infrastructure, and integrations, including performing code-level and infrastructure-level root cause analyses.
- Build internal tools, automation, scripts, proof-of-concept integrations, and implementation-support tools.
- Participate in sales calls, handle technical objections, and demonstrate product capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, customer success, and engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
- Create technical documentation, video walkthroughs, and client best practices.
- Train the sales team on technical features and competitive differentiators.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer in a SaaS environment.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including experience handling systems at scale.
- Experience performing root cause analyses for code-level and infrastructure-level issues.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and ability to write production-quality code.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, SSO implementations, and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with AWS, monitoring tools, and basic DevOps practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers or in client-facing technical roles.
- Ability to work with ambiguity, context switching, and multiple responsibilities.
- Availability to work US hours with PST/EST overlap.
