Responsibilities
- Provide strategic technical leadership and hands-on expertise for automation and digital solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, development, integration, and delivery of complex Power Platform solutions.
- Develop and review applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents/CoPilot Studio, Angular, .NET, NodeJS, SharePoint Online, O365, and Azure.
- Design SQL Server and cloud database solutions and create backend applications for cloud-based apps.
- Develop AI-driven bots and agents using Generative AI tools and LLM models to automate business processes.
- Define and execute automated unit, integration, and performance testing strategies.
- Create and maintain deployment builds and release orchestration across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
- Develop PowerShell deployment scripts and support continuous integration of solutions with automated test cases.
- Provide technical oversight across multiple teams, conduct code and architecture reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, compliant solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to estimation, planning, documentation, stakeholder management, and Agile/SAFe delivery.
- Provide operational support, troubleshoot critical applications, monitor performance, and address issues proactively.
- Ensure responsible and ethical use of Generative AI, including bias mitigation, transparency, and data privacy compliance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in application development, solution architecture, and technical consultancy.
- Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and full-stack development.
- Demonstrable experience leading, designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents/CoPilot Studio solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of AI, LLM models, and Generative AI tools, including integration into business applications.
- Strong experience with Visual Studio 2019 or later, O365, Azure, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Extensive database design, optimization, and integration experience with SQL Server and cloud databases.
- Hands-on experience with Rapid Application Development tools and strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
- Full application lifecycle experience spanning design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience driving Agile/SAFe adoption and delivering projects in a scaled Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science is required; an MSc or MTech is preferred.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry is preferred.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones, including India and UK business hours.
