Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, maintain, and update custom software components across systems and applications.
- Implement and integrate cloud contact center solutions and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable software solutions.
- Use scripting and automation tools to streamline deployment and maintenance tasks.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and become a subject matter expert.
- Share knowledge with and guide junior team members.
Requirements
