Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships with partners, support successful pilots and proofs of concept, guide customer acceptance of technical proposals, and assist during migration and deployment.
- Build trusted advisory relationships and recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure for complete customer solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and iterative refinement of data-centric and AI-powered solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Engineer proof-of-value products that integrate with customers’ existing enterprise systems and account for the intended production end state.
- Establish and promote best practices for AI-driven solutions and contribute to thought leadership through publications, presentations, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, engineering, partners, and customer technical or executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms and building full-stack solutions that interface with enterprise systems.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Fluent English and Korean communication skills for client relationship management.
- Preferred: 7 years of cloud computing experience focused on machine learning architecture, software development, and model deployment in a customer-facing or consulting role.
- Preferred: experience managing complex AI initiative expectations, including discussions of model ethics, bias, and return on investment.
- Preferred: familiarity with model evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, third-party foundation model integration, fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and custom model development.
