Base Salary
$86k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Lead delivery of assigned features and epics from planning through implementation.
- Propose and design solutions for complex business needs and prepare technical documentation.
- Facilitate complex problem resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
- Review software coding, testing, and documentation.
- Apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of relevant or direct industry experience typically required.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Oracle, and SQL.
- Knowledge of application delivery, application design, architecture, application development tools, application testing, packaged application integration, system development life cycle, and technical troubleshooting.
- A comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred skills include application development, business management, customer solutions, design, group problem solving, process improvements, release management, software solutions, and user experience design.
