Base Salary
$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop features for large-scale distributed software services using AI-assisted development methods.
- Provide technical leadership across the privileged-access ecosystem and shape architectures for highly available security services.
- Design systems with well-defined interfaces, participate in code reviews, and use data and telemetry to guide engineering decisions.
- Build modular, secure, reliable, diagnosable, monitored, and reusable services and components.
- Communicate complex technical concepts across organizational boundaries and champion effective AI use throughout development and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred: 5+ years architecting and designing highly available, resilient, high-scale distributed systems.
- Preferred: 5+ years developing backend services using C#.
- Preferred: experience with security, identity, authorization, privileged access management, or related technologies.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $142,800-$274,800 per year; a separate San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range applies.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
