Responsibilities
- Support product launches from strategic planning and development through early innovation, early adoption, and growth.
- Engage customers on early-innovator projects, capture feedback, and communicate it to product management and engineering.
- Own solution design, including process flows, user stories, test scripts, and overall data flows.
- Lead consultants and stakeholders through complex customer programs and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Coordinate product management, deployment teams, professional services, and partners for product lifecycle readiness.
- Provide input to sales and deployment training and enablement.
- Own customer expectations and outcomes during pre-launch, early innovator, and proof-of-value phases.
- Deliver explainable, supportable, and scalable product capabilities and support product commercialization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an industry-related field.
- 7–10 years of related experience in the supply chain management software industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in high-tech supply chain or a related field.
- Subject matter expertise in supply chain concepts, best practices, solutions, and applications such as Maestro, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.
- Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration, and system deployment for supply chain software implementations.
- Ability to lead and coach seasoned professionals and multiple stakeholders through complex projects.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management and product program management from concept through commercialization.
- Expertise aligning key KPIs and reporting progress against milestones.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, customer-interaction, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, manage ambiguity, build collaborative relationships, and drive rapid innovation and early-adopter deliveries.
