Base Salary
$215k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer deployment outcomes and revenue results, targeting a 5x increase in meetings booked during a one-month trial.
- Build AI agents covering account strategy, prospecting, outbound emails, LinkedIn direct messages, gifting, call preparation, and follow-ups.
- Automate nuanced SDR workflows with agents that learn over time, calibrate user trust, and have clear evaluations.
- Embed with customers through user calls and shared Slack channels, then ship agent improvements based on field feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally including work as a technical founder, founding engineer, or forward-deployed engineer.
- Production experience with AI agents, including rapidly shipping prompt or tool changes in response to user feedback.
- Ability to distinguish platform-level insights from customer-specific modifications.
- Ability to own outcomes in an ambiguous environment without a clear playbook.
- Strong communication skills across sales teams, engineering, customers, and leadership.
- Based in San Francisco and willing to work in-office 3+ days per week.
