Base Salary
$215k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the deployment outcome with GM-level responsibility for customer revenue.
- Build AI agents that automate various sales tasks throughout a rep's workday.
- Fully automate nuanced work on behalf of sales development representatives.
- Embed into customer operations, collaborating closely with users and engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably as a technical founder or forward-deployed engineer.
- Production experience with AI agents, including rapid iteration based on user feedback.
- Strong opinions about integrating field insights into the platform.
- High agency and comfort in owning outcomes without a clear playbook.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between sales teams, engineering, and leadership.
- Based in San Francisco and willing to work in-office 3+ days per week.
