Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and implement secure, scalable digital workspace architectures using the Citrix Platform.
- Enable platform features, optimizations, and integrations with partner infrastructure and technologies.
- Develop and validate customer proof of concepts with Account Technology Strategists.
- Move IT strategies into production using virtual apps and desktops, Zero Trust access, observability, secure endpoints, and secure developer spaces.
- Advocate customer-success best practices, identify deployment risks, and create mitigation plans.
- Engage customer stakeholders to align solutions with modern digital workspace goals.
- Support Citrix Platform adoption, deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management through advanced technical guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, systems engineering, or systems consulting with expertise in end-user computing.
- Broad understanding of DaaS/VDI, applications, enterprise browsers, enterprise mobility management, networking, enterprise security, data management, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization technologies, including integration of CVAD/DaaS products into enterprise environments.
- TOEIC score of 750 or higher, or equivalent English proficiency.
- Competent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation in enterprise applications.
- Ability to explain technological and business concepts clearly and work independently with limited oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
- Experience with situation analysis, requirements definition, system design, and implementation for VDI, Zero Trust, networking, endpoint management, observability, data security, and compliance is preferred.
- Relevant Citrix, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or security certifications are preferred.
