Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and map them to SaaS or packaged-software solutions.
- Define what can be delivered through standard implementation versus customizations or extensions.
- Functionally customize applications and partner with developers on enhancements.
- Work with business users to implement process changes.
- Conceptualize business and technical solutions and advise clients on package modules.
- Facilitate workshops and lead process-improvement analysis.
- Perform integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to internal and external technology communities and maintain relevant certifications.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of one or more business domains.
- Advanced knowledge of one or more SaaS or packaged-software solutions.
- In-depth mastery of at least one methodology.
- Solution knowledge and consulting skills sufficient to advise clients on implementations.
- Relevant SaaS or package-based solution and methodology certifications must be maintained.
