Base Salary

$108k - $195k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and provide operational support for high-quality Pega software solutions.
  • Support enterprise Pega infrastructure, including reviewing, testing, and implementing patches and upgrades.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
  • Perform hands-on development with Pega Constellation and the Constellation SDK.
  • Work with Pega application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, data migration, jobs, listeners, and other Pega tools.
  • Define logical data models, data objects, and relationships for Constellation’s modular design.
  • Use REST/SOAP services, Kafka, and data pages for real-time data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot Pega applications and maintain complete, accurate documentation for supported environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in one of these fields plus 6 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of Pega development experience, including 1–2 years of hands-on Pega Constellation development.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting Pega applications.
  • Deep expertise with Pega Infinity version 8.8, 23, or 24 and the Constellation SDK.
  • Knowledge of Pega application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, data migration, jobs, listeners, and out-of-the-box Pega tools.
  • Proficiency in logical data modeling, data objects, and relationships supporting Constellation.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP services, Kafka, data pages, and web technologies including .NET, Java, or React.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass FAA Public Trust security screening.
  • Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Federal Government or FAA tools and systems experience is preferred.
  • Pega CSSA, CLSA, Constellation certifications, or specialized badges are preferred.
