Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications and microservices.
- Develop and support event-driven and message-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Build, deploy, and integrate cloud-native applications on AWS with third-party systems.
- Develop scalable and secure REST APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
- Support application deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, including Java 8, Java 11, or Java 17.
- Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups.
- Experience building event-driven and message-driven applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, and IAM.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
