Base Salary
$129k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Pega applications using Pega Infinity and Constellation UX.
- Define reusable frameworks, components, and design standards for maintainable enterprise solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams.
- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, release governance, and technical decisions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices across distributed development teams.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems, external data providers, payment platforms, and other business applications.
- Drive performance, scalability, security, and compliance across solution designs.
- Support CI/CD initiatives and DevOps practices for Pega deployments.
Requirements
- 12+ years of Pega development experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Lead System Architect or in an equivalent architecture role.
- Required Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
- Strong experience with the Pega Infinity platform and deep expertise in Constellation UX, DX API, enterprise integration patterns, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, and Common Data Model concepts.
- Experience designing solutions in banking, financial services, or insurance environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and architectural decision-making skills.
- Preferred experience includes large-scale digital transformation, cloud-native architecture, enterprise modernization, third-party financial or payment integrations, insurance data providers, and enterprise consulting.
