Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components across the software stack.
- Produce clean and efficient code, automate tasks, review and debug code, and perform validation and verification testing.
- Develop and monitor CI/CD pipelines and support software change and release management processes.
- Analyze systems and complex software issues, determine root causes, and implement practical, permanent technical solutions.
- Monitor systems, drive continuous improvement, and document solutions using technical documentation and diagrams.
- Collaborate with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors to deliver technology solutions.
- Support junior software engineers through advice, coaching, knowledge sharing, and educational opportunities.
- Assist with task planning and estimation for the team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to develop software solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to design software architecture and work across the software stack.
- Ability to analyze complex software issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Ability to communicate with technical and management stakeholders and produce clear technical documentation.
- Willingness to complete credit, criminal record, and qualification verification checks.
