Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DevOps and innovation teams to create infrastructure-as-code, deployment, monitoring, and operational blueprints.
- Develop and maintain CI pipelines and CI/CD processes for the as-a-service portfolio.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure and monitoring blueprints for AWS use cases.
- Define and automate roles, permissions, account management, and reusable templates.
- Document and update operational blueprints and processes.
- Define ways of working for operating and supporting AWS use cases.
- Develop customer support flows using AI where appropriate.
Requirements
- 8–14 years of required experience.
- BE or B.Tech degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, or equivalent software-engineering professional.
- Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructure and Linux/Unix administration.
- Experience with AWS services including API Gateway, EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, load balancers, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, Cognito, and managed NoSQL/SQL databases or MongoDB Atlas.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform.
- Experience with GitLab, GitLab CI, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Experience with GitOps approaches such as Argo CD or Flux.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Previous SaaS project experience is strongly preferred.
- Professional English proficiency and good organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advantageous experience includes DevSecOps security and compliance, microservice architecture, GitLab runners, FinOps, Vault, and SonarQube or another static code analyzer integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
