Base Salary
$224k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own full-stack features and platform primitives used by internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Contribute to authentication, data-ingestion, and schema-evolution services for secure and reliable integrations.
- Build secure, well-documented, scalable services and user interfaces with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Improve performance, operational excellence, and software development lifecycle practices within the team.
- Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate development and operations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of full-stack development experience building reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Experience designing APIs and reusable components, with grounding in authentication protocols including OAuth, API keys, and JWT.
- Experience building data ingestion from cloud providers, HRIS, identity providers, and code repositories.
- Knowledge of rate limiting, retries, idempotency, webhooks, security best practices, scalability, reliability, and failure-mode design.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, incorporate feedback, and grow toward broader technical ownership.
- Willingness to use AI responsibly to improve development efficiency and impact.
- Startup experience, a bias-for-action environment, or interest in security and compliance products is a bonus.
