Base Salary
$86k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, support, and sunset data and software solutions for P&C analytics users.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimate work, and own development stories through delivery.
- Lead solution design by considering risks, mitigations, performance, user experience, and testability.
- Build automated tests and integrate software quality practices into delivery pipelines.
- Apply DevOps and DataOps principles, automation, and emerging technologies to deliver quality data and software capabilities.
- Support the full software development lifecycle and collaborate with teammates to share knowledge.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of a programming language such as Python, React, or Java.
- Experience with AWS services including RDS, S3, and Lambda.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, automated test suites, code quality frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with observability, defect analysis and resolution, containers, and infrastructure or platform capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of system workflow design and architecture.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
