Responsibilities
- Build large-scale distributed, API-driven systems for tens of thousands of users.
- Build and integrate AI skills, agents, tools, and intelligent workflows into internal systems and customer-facing applications.
- Develop and maintain customer-facing and internal web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Produce robust, efficient, and maintainable code using TypeScript, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and AWS.
- Use AI models to improve monitoring, replayability, observability, diagnostics, reliability, and operational risk.
- Lead software design, development standards, and code review practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Research, and Data teams to identify AI-driven workflow and automation opportunities.
- Apply data quality, data governance, and data-centric application design principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
- At least five years of experience with TypeScript and modern frontend and backend JavaScript tooling.
- At least three years of .NET development experience with C#, including web APIs, background services, and shared packages.
- At least three years of React experience.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
- Working knowledge and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience architecting, designing, and building large-scale distributed, service-oriented systems and web applications.
- Familiarity with large language models, context engineering, or agent-based architectures.
- Experience with monitoring, telemetry, observability, or automated diagnostics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles, data governance concepts, and data-centric application design.
- Preferred experience with React Router Framework, Effect, SQL, database development, Datadog, Kafka, DynamoDB, SQS, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, MCP clients and servers, workflow automation platforms, intelligent search solutions, and AI-assisted software development practices.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of commitment to prior employers.
