Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales support and business-value demonstrations for Idira identity security solutions.
- Develop technical relationships and support new sales opportunities with enterprise accounts, partners, and customers.
- Lead Proof of Concept evaluations and support RFP/RFI responses.
- Build long-term relationships with technical teams and executives and advocate for customer success.
- Enable Idira partners to communicate the value of its solutions to enterprise clients.
- Represent Idira through public speaking, webinars, and trade shows.
- Relay customer requirements to Product Management and serve as an internal technical resource and mentor.
Requirements
- MIS or Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of pre-sales experience, ideally in identity or security, or equivalent technical experience.
- Hands-on administration of AWS, Azure, or GCP IaaS/PaaS environments.
- Practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and federation services.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and JIT/ZSP models.
- Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Experience with endpoint management, least-privilege tools, UNIX/Linux, database security, network security, scripting, DevOps practices, and automation.
- Proven ability to integrate third-party solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, leadership, and consensus-building skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Idira experience and one or more of CISSP, CCSP, CEH, Security+, AWS Security, Google Cloud Security, or Azure Security certifications.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events.
