Base Salary
$125k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of developers through the design and development of solutions from start to finish.
- Own the hands-on delivery of technical solutions from development through production.
- Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and performant verification systems.
- Apply governance to solution design and set standards for code quality and delivery.
- Act as an escalation point for the team both in and out of office hours.
- Estimate work, produce solution documents, and ensure accurate effort planning and delivery.
- Develop a deep understanding of the team’s technical architecture, systems, and domain.
- Distribute technical knowledge and mentor team members.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and support reliable software delivery.
Requirements
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects successfully.
- Experience coaching and mentoring engineers in technical subject areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
- Commercial experience using cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Golang microservices.
- Exposure to C#, .NET, MSSQL, and/or WPF.
- Solid experience in one or more of Kafka, SQL, .NET, Golang, and TypeScript, with similar or alternative technologies also considered.
