Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data models, security frameworks, integration architectures, and platform configurations.
- Lead Salesforce project delivery from requirements gathering through deployment in collaboration with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and govern Salesforce products, AppExchange solutions, and third-party integrations.
- Establish platform governance policies, coding standards, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and drive ongoing platform improvements.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, enterprise integration architecture, REST and SOAP APIs, and middleware.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices, version control, and sandbox management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce-related identity management, including SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
- Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred, including Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Technical Architect, or Platform Developer II.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience and 5 years in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar senior technical leadership role.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
Benefits
- The expected base salary range is approximately $175,000-$200,000 annually.
- Minimal travel is expected, approximately 10% or less, with occasional domestic travel for project kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, or team events.
