Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, highly performant, real-time applications.
- Build platform features and work directly with product and engineering teams.
- Promote best practices across developers, QA, and infrastructure/operations.
- Advocate for platform innovation and reuse.
- Deliver high-quality software in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building large-scale and low-latency distributed systems.
- Strong command of Java or C++.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, performance optimization, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and real-time programming.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with distributed caching, SQL/NoSQL databases, big data, and AWS or GCP is preferred.
- Advertising-domain experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, accountability, ownership, critical-thinking, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
- AI literacy or curiosity about generative AI, including prior experimentation or exploration.
