Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and scale prompts, LLM-based agents, copilots, chatbots, automation scripts, and end-to-end intelligent workflows.
- Convert successful AI prototypes into scalable, production-grade solutions and own their monitoring, troubleshooting, performance, and reliability.
- Serve as the hands-on end-to-end architect for AI initiatives, defining agent architectures, integrations, data flows, and deployment strategies.
- Lead enterprise AI and automation use cases such as case intake, triage, summarization, document processing, decision support, and workflow automation.
- Build enterprise integrations using APIs, services, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Ensure solutions meet AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, traceability, audit, and operational-resilience requirements.
- Partner with business, architecture, security, and data governance stakeholders to validate, adopt, and operationalize solutions.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, and SOPs; lead enablement sessions, workshops, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
- Own delivery planning, value metrics, success criteria, timelines, technical risks, dependencies, and resolution of delivery issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in machine learning.
- Proven experience delivering complex, production-grade AI and intelligent automation solutions as a hands-on builder.
- Deep proficiency in prompt engineering and applying generative AI to enterprise workflows.
- Strong programming skills, typically in Python and/or JavaScript, with experience in APIs, data transformation, version control, and deployment practices.
- Experience building agentic AI solutions using RAG architectures, orchestration frameworks, and tool-calling patterns.
- Experience with Microsoft AI ecosystem tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, or Azure OpenAI is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or regulated and compliance-driven environment experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate at strategic, architectural, and engineering levels while influencing stakeholders and driving adoption.
- Ability to independently prioritize and deliver ambiguous, high-visibility initiatives with minimal direction.
