Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions for financial information processing across cloud-based and on-premises environments.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and provide oversight for effective task execution and delivery.
- Analyze business requirements and ensure solutions meet functional and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to support integration across system components.
- Maintain software quality and adherence to Broadridge development standards and guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks that improve software development and test automation.
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve design, coding, and testing activities.
- Lead and participate in Agile planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practical engineering use cases.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with AWS and containerized deployments using Docker.
- Experience with EKS, ECS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Kafka and MQ.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices, relational databases, and DevOps.
- Knowledge of SQL.
