Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of efficient architectures and multimodal systems.
- Engage in data engineering for pre-training and synthetic data generation.
- Optimize infrastructure for distributed training and edge inference.
- Participate in post-training alignment and evaluation processes.
- Own entire work-streams from research to deployment.
Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated research or engineering contributions in relevant areas.
- Ability to transition from idea to implementation and shipped results.
- Experience with distributed training infrastructure like DeepSpeed or Megatron-LM is preferred.
- Published research at top-tier venues is a strong plus.
