Base Salary
$131k - $272k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage customer technical decision makers and influencers while helping lead sales strategy and customer success plans.
- Lead complex technical wins across workloads, teams, geographies, partners, and subsidiaries.
- Design and oversee architecture sessions, demonstrations, proofs of concept, pilots, hackathons, and reusable solution assets.
- Develop competitive knowledge, document compete patterns, and provide market feedback to product, engineering, and business groups.
- Build and maintain strategic partner relationships and support partner technical capacity and ecosystem growth.
- Coach technical sellers and account teams, mentor technical communities, and deliver technical content at Microsoft events.
- Consult with customers on security needs, regulatory compliance, industry standards, migrations, and digital transformation solutions.
- Engage product and engineering teams to remediate technical blockers and adapt architecture patterns for complex customer requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4+ years of technical presales or technical consulting experience; or bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience; or 7+ years of technical presales or technical consulting experience; or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of technical presales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
- Preferred experience includes 6+ years working with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Relevant technology or industry certifications are preferred, including Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect, or healthcare and life sciences certifications.
- Must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
